New to Velez Blanco and Searching for English speaking or Bilingual Elder Caregiver

Good evening all,
We are finalizing our plan for a home in Velez Blanco - in town. I am in search of a carer/caregiver for my elderly Father. Preferred someone with experience with the elderly. He is active, pleasant but has Alz/Dementia and requires assistance with meal preparation, bath duties, guidance and reminders for pills and the like. He enjoys going for a walk, conversation, reading, music etc...
It would be for 5 or 6 days a week during mornings, at least to start. It could work into more - or possibly live in.
Any direction is appreciated.
