I have a property in Tijola and need someone who is willing to project manage some work for me in my absence

Basically it's a property with 3 separate dwellings. I'm looking to make one of them compleatly independent to rent out on long term rentals. The other two will be used as private holiday homes

I need the water for the rental to be on a separate water meter and the other two to be joined to the existing meter

The same needs to be done with the electric supply

The rental property needs some work ie new bathroom and one of the bedrooms has a bit of a damp issue that needs looking at

I can help if you still need it, i live in tijola and have been in spain 16 years with all the relevant contacts and experience that this sort of project requires like the relevant building licenses, electric and water boletins ,town hall contacts etc. You are seriously advised ti apply for all the relevant licenses as severe fines if you are found building without them.

Don't know when I'm coming out next, would you be willing to meet up when I next come out so that I can discuss what I want done and how to go about it

There's lots more hoops to jump through than in the uk lol

Hi of course.if you have WhatsApp then I'd prefer to discuss things there instead of here on the forum. I would like to inform you about obtaining the necessary licenses as this never happens overnight, so it is in your best interest to get the ball rolling asap as it can take several weeks to complete.
