Try abbeygate insurance, I tried linea directa but was quoted double my premium with Abbeygate. When I said that they price matched but got aggressive and insulting when I said no. Had I been nieve they were happy enough to charge me double and their attitude stank.

Abbeygate are english speaking, helpful and competitive on cover and price. They will accept the premium over 2 months if that helps.😁

Bar Stop may have ceased to exist, they are near Pizzeria Mari Cruz.  The row of commercial property premises between restaurant Adelina and Bar Charlot on the main road.  Liberty insurance is roughly there. I can't be more precise.  They usually have ads in the Euro Weekly.

Hi, we had motorhome & 4x4 with Abbeygate until we discovered that only the base vehicle was covered. Pointless with a motorhome carrying Solar, etc and a tarted up L 200. When I attempted to arrange.enhanced cover by paying extra I had such rudeness from a female person that I actually wrote a letter of complaint.

They were brilliant when we had a burglary at the cottage but then they changed conditions without informing me.

Lastly ensure what your payout is should your vehicle be stolen, not recovered, or written off in an accident. We were with Almerimar Insurance Company working to an Alicante Company when we were asked to sign a waiver that on our 15,000€ vehicle we would accept 2750€. They said this was common in Spain & a sliding scale.

Best Wishes,

Bob and Sandra
