Endesa Power Supply Rating Changes

Hi All,
I have had the casa rewired completely, the contract when we took over the place over states the supply is rated at 4kW which is rather low. The rewire allows for the supply to be upgraded to 9.2kW. However I am having issues with Endesa finding out what the upgrade will cost. I got an email saying it would cost 50 € to 150 € to have the rating increased, but I cannot get Endesa to explain what the charges will be for electricity used at the new supply rating. I find the 50 € to 150 € charge abit odd anyway. Surely its simple to state an exact cost of the upgrade and state the unit/kWh costs. Like banging one’s head on a brick wall 🤪.
Any ideas would be most welcome
