Looking at Seron to buy - Are there many Expats there?

Been looking to buy in this area for a while. I am going to start Spanish lessons soon but just wondering if Seron has many Expats x

My wife and I live in Seron and there a few Ex Pats but the area is mostly Spanish. If you need any info please just ask.
