Looking for a job: all round worker open for many opportunities

Planning to relocate to San Juan de Los Terreros permanently, if possible in january 2023. Now I already am every two months in Terreros. Have already an apartment in Terreros and a car. Speak english, french, dutch (motherlanguage), and I am beginning to learn to speak Spanish.
Belgian (Flemish) nationality
Intrested in Real Estate, Selling Men's Clothing, home work, administration like to work with figures
Woud like to work from morning till around 15.00, part time or full time is negociable.
Maximum 30 minutes from Terreros but that is also negociable. Have an own car.
