Good morning folks. Well it’s almost time to pack away the tree and decorations for another year. If one of your goals in 2021 is to lose weight, gain health and break a vicious circle of yo-yo dieting, our club is for you.
Our focus is a healthy lifestyle which in turn leads to weight loss. Understanding portion sizes and eating correct type of food is key. Also if you want to exercise we have walking buddies to motivate you to move more. If you want more info please send me a private message.
