Hi everyone, I’ve just had an email from the solicitor who arranged everything when my partner & I bought a property in Enix. I can’t remember anymore saying that we had to pay mon resident taxes but I’m fine with it just that the cost of doing it. Apparently it’s €10.92 each but €60 each in fees, does this sound right? Thanks Abgie

We paid ours in September it was €7.17 and €36.30 in fees. We are in Palomares

Hi, ours NR fees were 12 euros and same thing our solicitor want med 75e each for the privilege of doing it - so we took it to the bank and did it ourselve!!

We each paid 46 euros each for the non residential tax. We completed the forms ourselves and sent them through to our Spanish Bank for payment.
If I wanted a 3rd party to prepare and process my non residential tax I personally would not go through a solicitor. Their fees are normally very expensive.
One thing that I would urge you to do if they have not already done so and that is to ask your solicitor for a copy of the Non Residential Tax form
