Roquetas is like a small city with a great beach and promenade. The nicest residential área is Salinas. The beach there is nice too and more sheltered from the wind than the beach near the tourist urbanisations. It would also be handy for the St. George's Internacional school (secondary) where an English speaking child could have bilingual studies, but it is a private school.
