Hi all,

My wife & I want to escape the British winter for 6 weeks from the beginning of February 2019. Does anyone know of a 1 or 2 bedroom Apartment in Roquetas Urbanizacion that may be available?

Preferred: 2 toilets. Essential: Ground floor, or if upper floor then a lift. Walk in shower, English tv channels.

Alternatively can anyone recommend a helpful local Estate Agent. We would during our stay be wanting to view properties in the Urbanizacion for a possible purchase.

Any advice / pointers will be much appreciated.

All the best

Simon

Hi Simon, all the best with your search.

Look for these estate agents online, zurimar, manuallogmanieh, cps-properties and mhcinmobiliaria

Many thanks for your quick response Baileyp. I have sent an enquiry to Zurimar, but having previously contacted them twice & not had any response I won't hold my breath. I will try the others.

Regards

Simon

Don't take the lack of response personally, we've found that most estate agents are useless at responding to emails. I think they prefer face to face interaction.

I've had responses from cps and MHC
