I am in the process of buying an appartment in Roquetas de Mar. I want to rent it out on the short term basis during the summer via Air bnb. Does anyone know any good property management company who could help with a guest check in key exchange, cleaning and laundry and other relevant services?

Hi. I can throughly recommend Paul and Pauline Claff at CMS in Roquetas De Mar. They are English/Spanish speaking and have been running their property management services for many years. They have an office, which I think is only open in the mornings on Avda Serena. Tel 950334614
