Dear forum members,
I have bought an appartment. The appartment block was built in 1976. Sellers did not have certificate of habitation as it is not a requirement. When I will be obtaining the tourist rent license will i be required to get one?

What does your solicitor say? Presumably you did use a solicitor when buying the property?
