Hi all...Very quiet, teetotal man, (Retired professional), 70 years of age, no 'pets', family or children, searching for a 'long-term' quiet apartment, Low maintenance, (furnished/unfurnished), in and around Roquetas...Studio or one bed.
Should you know of anywhere, please advise...Thank you...🅱️.
If you are in Roquetas now, most of the estate agents speak English and deal with rentals too so I think that´s your best bet, or else look up <Roquetas Rentals Estate Agents> on internet.

I was hoping to 'deal' with a 'private' rental, I have had MANY bad situations with 'agents'...Too expensive in THEIR charges!
In one instance IN Roquetas, the 'agent' dismissed my interest, because she was under the impression that I had little money...WRONG, and her attitude towards me was DISGRACEFUL...Never again!

I understand Bryan. I hope you get some response from this. I´m sure there are apartments of the type you specify in our complex, near the port of Roquetas, second line, but it´s often a case of asking people who seem friendly who work in shops or cafés which you frequent or just a lot of walking and looking out for things.

Ha Ha Juanida...Yes, I am a regular visitor to 'Cafe Aurora' on the front!
I love my curry and chips with a nice cup of Tetley's tea, served by the lovely Sanrda!
They are lovely people, and I do miss it! I'm stuck here in Torrevieja/Alicante but unable to sell my present apartment😨. Never mind eh? Thank you once more...Hasta Pronto...🅱️.
