New Brexit date is 12th April

We now have a new Brexit date of April 12, and an emergency EU summit has been scheduled for April 10. May needs to respond with another plan, a commitment to participating in the European Parliament elections, and an application for a much longer extension. Although a no-deal Brexit remains the legal default, May herself recognised that it is not the will of Parliament when 400 MPs voted against it after the indicative votes debate.
Nothing that has happened in the last few days has changed my mind about the impossibility of a no-deal Brexit, so I look forward to celebrating another 'Happy Un-Brexit Day' in two weeks time. There may be many more shocks and surprises ahead of us, but we're heading in the right direction and 'Remain in Spain' has more support than ever.
Theresa May has lost her authority, Brexit has lost its majority and the Government has simply lost the plot! So crack open the Cava and let's celebrate the first win. No Brexit is miles better than a bad Brexit!
