Hi Nelngaz

I'm coming late to this.

Consider downloading Skype to your phone or computer, if you haven't already done so.  You can get a Spanish number, which is what the person answering will see with caller display on their phone.

You download credit starting at €5.  Calls to most European landlines are about 2 - 3c per minute and to mobiles around 12 - 15c.  As far as I can see there is no expiry date on Skype credit.  You can call any landline or mobile number on earth.

I find Skype very convenient when making calls to people and businesses which are not on my contacts.

The same Skype account can be used on any mobile devices, as well as a laptop or PC.  (Of course, you'll need a wifi or broadband connection to make use of Skype).

That’s expensive.  For 10€ a month you can get 400 minutes national and international calls, or unlimited national calls with Digi and download Toolani which is an international calling app with calls costing the same as a call to a local number - much much cheaper than 3c a minute.

Ok - also take a look at “Toolani” - it’s a calling app and calls to any number in the world are charged at local rates. There is no expiry on credit (I’ve had credit on mine for about 4 years now without topping up)  It will work on either Mobile Network or WiFi / Fibre

The makers of this app also do TooVOIP I think it’s called which from what I can understand is cheaper and works similar to Skype in that it is Voice Over IP; I haven’t really looked at it because Toolani serves all my needs.
