We are with a electricity company named Energia Fenie. We barely use electricity and have a substantial bill.

Hello. If you go onto the website sicompare.com , James on that website will ask you to send your most recent electric bill. He will compare what is the best recommendation based on your consumption. If you agree to change over, sicompare.com do everything re the changeover. We now use Fortuluz whi invoice in English if required. Hope this helps.
