Safe drinking water

Can anyone tell me if the water out of the tape is safe.

International Water Quality Standards state that its 99% safe to drink the tap water here in Spain. We have been drinking the tap water now for almost 2 years and we are still fine and dandy. It comes down to personal choice of course. On an environmental point of view, I much prefer not having dozens of plastic bottles around the house.

It is perfectly safe. However because of additives it doesn’t taste very nice so we use bottled water from supermarket (6 litres for 58c) for drinking water and the kettle only.
