Palamores and other resorts

We have a place in Palomares and love it, your best bet would be to rent there for a few weeks to see if it is for you.  It is a nice village with a good mix of Spanish and English.

I know Angel estate agents have an office in the village, never used them so don't know what they are like, we used Coles.

Property Angel in Palomares are first class. They have a website. 

Yes I live in Palomares and can confirm Angel Properties are fine to deal with.Isabel and Domingo( brother and sister) own and run it.Isabel speaks a little English but Domingo is pretty fluent and their staff member Ludi speaks good English and French. Domingo's personnel telephone number (0034) 671094880.... Not sure if they are currently operating much with the lockdown but I am sure Domingo can help you.They know Palomares pretty well!!!!

Hi, we saw a property that we really liked advertised by Angel Properties.  We contacted them about it but they weren't very good at answering our e-mails. Ludi's English wasn't brilliant.  Eventually it turned out that the vendors weren't selling and we were very disappointed.  They don't seem to have many properties on their books and some are still there even when sold.  We eventually bought through Coles, who were great.

Domingo from Angel properties was very helpful when we were looking last spring.  He went over and above with lots of extra advice, that was even though the property we eventually bought was tied to another agent. 

His English is good, I speak some Spanish and we managed. Just remember, if you speak at normal UK speed it's often hard for someone to understand you.  I even struggle to understand my countrymen especially the northern ones! 😂😂
