Has anyone any experience or reliable information on municipal Sauna/Steam Room facilities in and around Cuevas Del Almanzora or Vera; or failing that, commercial venues that don't cost an arm and a leg?
Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Morning Jimbo,
Valle Del Este Hotel at Valle Del Este has a superb Spa / Steam room / Sauna that takes casual bookings. Costs 20€ and hour, but you can purchase a 10 visit pass for 100€ bringing it down to 10€ an hour.
Thanks Dario, I'll have to check it out. My body feels like a bag of rusty spanners at the moment and the steam room is just about the only thing that helps with my mobility.
