Has anyone any experience or reliable information on municipal Sauna/Steam Room facilities in and around Cuevas Del Almanzora or Vera; or failing that, commercial venues that don't cost an arm and a leg?
Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Valle Del Este Hotel has a Spa that allows public entrance. It costs 20€ per hour BUT you can buy a 10 visit pass for 100€ which brings it down to 10€ per hour.
Very very nice Spa, with Sauna, steam room etc etc
