Abandoned property

Does anyone have any idea what is proposed for the abandoned buildings next to Las terrazas de palomares at diseminado la Punta.
Is on that situation for a very long time... apparently is problems with building regulations and needs to be demolished!!!!
Now we are in Spain and God knows when will be demolished???
We have just purchased an apartment at Las Terrazas and were informed by the estate agent,that it will be demolished and returned to farming land.
It is Spain, so who knows when!!
The state agency says that because they wanna sell the fact that building is there for a large number of years ...
