We always use Richard Miller of 'livethe dream ' on Arboleas Forum. Can give tel no & e mail if interested.
PLEASE whatever you do get more than one quote and in writing with or without IVA. We tend not to use people's on the coast as generally more expensive. Rivhard is a gem and a perfectionist.

This guy has transformed our villa. Converted bathroom to shower room. Removed all villa arches and added doors for winter warmth, converted the garage to an extra room removing huge door and fixing up with UPVC door and window. Built a wall with serving hatch between living room and kitchen and reshaped fireplace. Also decorated :D Have pics can dig out if required.
He will also subcontract plumbers, electricians etc or provide numbers for them should you need them independantly.
