Hi, went into this myself. However, advised by numerous experienced people that trying to get a licence to do this is fraught with difficulty and time issues. Can take up to seven years to get the relevant certifications through. If caught doing this without a licence there is a heavy fine. Third party information but from more than one source.

Parking up on the beaches around Mojacar especially overnight is technically illegal.Check at the local town halls first. This year in April the police in Mojacar   cleared all the campers from the beach in the evening.
