Help to rent for well behaved couple

I believe you can only rent for 12 weeks. So sept 2021 would be good, if possible.

As far as I know you can rent for as long as the landlord lets you

Thanks mate, but as I want to rent first you can only have a visitor time , which is the 90 day rule. However, might buy later on and then get a residency. Take care.

We have a town house in Mojacar, which we rent out but we have someone in for the winter
Thanks. Is the accommodation free next year or anytime for a 12 week period ?
