We have just completed on a property and the previous owners have left the washing machine. We are now left with having to dispose of it and was wondering whether there is a Spanish equivalent of a refuse tip or whether it can simply be put out at the bins for collection. Any advice would be useful!

Our understanding is that it should be delivered to the tip/ recycling centre. If you e mail the VIC at the Ayuntamiento they will tell you where.they are. We.enquired for our Solar batteries but our Solar Engineer took them in the end.
So info@mojacar.es and the reply is in English and they are so helpful.
We do see all manner of goods by bins but again allegedly if you are reported you can be fined. Maybe another story.
