Rent to buy.

Hey guys..hopefully somebody can help me with this..

I am hoping to find a property in the Mojacar area as soon as things get back to normal and was just wondering if anyone has ever went down the route of Rent To Buy. I quite like the idea of renting an apartment with a view to purchasing it in the future. It would give me time to explore the area and find out if everything was to my satisfaction before making the decision to buy..

I do understand that you need to be very careful with this type of deal but if anybody has any experience of this, good or bad i would really appreciate any advice. Cheers..
