Estate agents in Mojacar

I’m arriving in Mojacar next Monday (18th) & I’m looking for recommendations on Agents I should visit re. future long term (1 month+) rental or prospective purchase

If you are looking to purchase, I can recommend Coles Of Andalucia - Property Sales and Relocation Specialists in Almeria. Spain.
Simon Cole is a genuinely nice guy, not pushy, very knowledgeable and goes the extra mile.

I second Lorna's recommendation. I have bought one, sold it subsequently and bought another using Cole's. Highly recommended. Their office is opposite the 'tower' (turre) in --wait for it-- Turre.
A very different recommendation but equally well recommended is Monica at Solutions & Monika (email hello@monikasolutions.com), office in the building behind the Centro Comercial in Mojacar Playa. She is a one-person specialist, doing rental and sales mostly in the Mojacar area. I used her for a purchase and subsequent rental management. You feel like you are the only client she has. Very honest advice -- saved me making mistakes.
You can't go wrong with either. Good luck.

Definitely recommend Monica. She really does ensure you have a personalised service . Also worth noting she will stay in touch after the purchase/ letting if you need any further help

New Wave Villas, Alex or Adelle for purchase only as they don’t deal with rentals. There are lots of agents that do rentals.
