Turre rent for three months

1. For a start, forget about a shack.

2. With the threat of Brexit many potential sellers are sitting on their properties and in the uncertainty won't sell.

3. If you are hell bent on buying, you could not have chosen a better time because those unloading will unload sooner rather than later.

4. The possibility of Brexit has halted house prices in Ireland and surprise, surprise the price of property in Ireland is now decreasing (with the exception of the greater Dublin area). We Irish protect our property like we protected our virgins in the 1950's. With so much coming on sale even  the Costas will suffer a price drop in property, of that there is no doubt.

5. While there is an increase demand for long term renting the holiday i.e. one, two, three weeks rentals have decreased by around 20%.

6. You are in a poker game where the stakes are higher than you ever dreamed . . . have your money ready and know when to play. Time is on your side.

Main criteria for personal rental would be dates you require, people can then see if it fits there availability. Don't worry about location initially as most places are accessible within an hours drive

We have just bought a property that we are planning to refurbish for long term rental - it is in the heart of Lubrin which is about 30 mins from Mojacar - up in the hills. Lubrin is a lovely village. Anyway - whilst we are planning to refurb it is livable in and if you wanted the shack element for a few months then we could I am sure come to some agreement whilst we are organising to refurbish or we can work round you? Gives us a wee bit of income while we improve the property and you a cheap rental?
