Does anybody else feel that it is only a matter of time before someone gets hit off one of these E bikes crossing over the cycle lane to cross the road .could they not have a raised section about 10 m back from the small zebra to get them to slow down , couple of times i’ve had to step back quickly

You have to ask the Junta about the raised road issue. One application for each raised road/place. For sake order you need to cover most of Andalucía, shouldn't be too many. Triplicate, with situation-picture.
Alternatively, since you can't beat them, join them.
as of Jan 1st they must use cycle lanes wear hi viz and helmets but can't see that being policed well. even cyclists don't want to stop for pedestrians crossing the road. rules for cyclists and pedestrians in UK have changed in there favour as the motorist has to give way even more to protect them. you just have to walk with all your wits about you.

Banned now in UK unless they are the ones hired with a top speed monitor.....There have been deaths and really bad injuries.....Like people using mobility scooters they should all have insurance at the very least! Saw on BBC news last week all the piles that police had confiscated and were being cut up....
