Hi everyone .can you take alchohal and drinks to the majacar playa beach l have read some disturbing articles of people getting fined for drinking water in public places thsnks

Our understanding.is that alcohol is the only.fluid.illegal on the beach UNLESS YOU ARE SITTING IN A BEACH BAR. We actually saw a group of Spanish lads with beer in a cooler issued with a fine.

For definitive advice may I suggest info@mojacar.es. We find them extremely helpful. Think it's the Ayuntamiento.
