Good Morning

I will be driving from Santander down to Mojacar at the end of May & am looking for recommendations for an overnight stop over to break the journey.

I will be driving down via Madrid, Albacete, Murcia & am looking for a reasonable hotel which has good parking facilities directly outside the hotel.

Any recommendations would be greatly received.

Many Thanks

Keith

Hi why bother stopping? It's only a 9 hour drive and easy on the Spainish roads. Not like the uk.

Hi Trev

I agree the roads are fantastic but we class the trip down as part of our holiday & like to amble down there! :)

We’ve stayed in Flor de La Mancha in La Roda too. Lovely, very traditional Spanish & clean. Will definitely stay there again.

Have also stayed in the Parador, Albacete- again, a lovely hotel. Breakfast very nice but we weren’t impressed by the evening meal & it was expensive for what it was. Was a while ago though.
