Dog friendly hotels & Campsites

I am travelling from Turre to Calais at the end of the month, does anyone know of dog friendly hotels or campsites on route in Spain and France
We always use the Booking.com. Ibis hotels they are all dog friendly. We travel Mojacar to Bilbao but I’m sure there will be ibis to similar in France too.
