Hi Linda, We have just changed from Endea to Evergreen Electrical, they are based in Malaga, you have a monthly bill in English via email, which you then can print off and keep for your records.  You can contact them for more info.

Morning I found this article useful.  It also contains links to web comparison sites for energy costs.  I haven't used the sites so don't know what they're like but intend to after we've had a full year of bills
