We have received a quote from Movers International who were recommended previously on this Forum and would like to obtain comparison quotes from other companies,  Does anyone have any other recommendations please?

europeanmoving@europeanmoving.org

We did a lot of research and there were some splendid and expensive firms who would pack and make all the difficulties of moving disappear.  We had no valuable items so I went for the most economical option.  These are soft sided vans, our two independent drivers were Polish and Roumanian I think, one spoke good English, one very little, both were very pleasant. We did all the packing and provided someone to help load and unload either end - few straps or padding materials provided by them.Absolutely nothing was broken, they arrived on time and communicated well.  I was more than happy with the price for the agreed basic transport service, but you could choose to pay more for more complete elsewhere.
