What is needed to enter Spain?

Hi.....Our removal men are here taking stuff back to Spain and we fly on Saturday.....However they have said we need a PCR to enter Spain even with our vaccination certificate?!?!? I have been on the UK government website and although the page I get up says we don't need one....there is of course no date on the UK 's site! Oh so helpful!!!! Does anyone actually know for sure what if anything is required as of TODAY. Please don't say our friend Bill came back last week etc..... we need actually truth....Cheers..
