House purchase

We are on Jacaranda....the pool is lovely and the gardens well maintained...What site are you looking at as some are further to walk into town....or are you looking at a private house? It takes us about 10 minutes to walk to the main town....lots of bars/ a pharmacy/ post office / lovely fruit shop and bakery/ 2 supermarkets/ police station etc.... We bought here because we wanted to be a little away from the madness in Mojacar during the summer months.... One thing to check is if the neighbours have any noisy dogs that will drive you crazy with barking/ yapping and worst of all howling.....Good luck..
