I am currently in the UK and likely to be unable to return to Spain for some months. I have a Spanish registered car garaged at my apartment and it is due to be ITVd next month. Has there been any guidance from the Spanish government regarding this? I cannot be the only vehicle owner who has this problem. I am not a resident. Any guidance would be appreciated.
