Are Botox injections for dystonia available in Huercal-Overa?

can you help. we are hoping to come to live here shortly. The problem is at the moment I have to have regular botox injections every 2 months for dystonia on the NHS what options are available to me to carry on with these injections.
Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks
