Born in Madrid, I graduated in law from the Complutense University of Madrid in February 1997, I am a member of the Bar Association of Murcia, forming part of the International and Family sections and I have a professional office open in Garrucha (Almería) since May 2001.

I practice in all judicial division in Spain and I have training and accreditation to do so before European Courts and Institutions.

I am member of the Spanish Association of Family Lawyers (AEAFA), member of the Board of Directors of ASEMIP (Spanish Multidisciplinary Association of Research on Positive Parenting), associated at Law and Family Platform (P F&D), member of the Family Collaborative Lawyers association (ACF), associated at  Association of Lwyers agains international abduction of children (ASIME), and vicepresident and cofunder of Association for Mediation and Alternative Resolution of conflict (WeMe).

I have a master’s degree in Family Law from the Autonomous University of Barcelona, and a university degree in civil, commercial, and family Mediation, with access to the Spanish Justice Department mediator’s register.

I am a Parenting Coordinator with training at the Rovira i Virgil University of Tarragona and I have training in collaborative practice with the Carlos III University of Barcelona and the Family Collaborative Lawyers association.
In addition, I have completed a specialist course in European procedural law in civil and commercial matters at the Menéndez Pelayo International University, because more than half of the cases I resolve have an international element.
In 2019 I applied for and was awarded the credentials of European lawyer. I am bilingual in English.

I have participated in numerous seminars and training courses in the area of family law ad international family law.

Throughout my professional practice trying to resolve family crises, I have understood that the judicialization of the family does not lead us to reach a solution, what’s more, in most cases the conflict even escalates.

That is why I have trained in other areas of conflict resolution as alternatives to court, and, after an initial diagnosis of the problem, I investigate the possibility of working through NEGOTIATION, COLLABORATIVE LAW, MEDIATION or COORDINATION OF PARENTALITY, and of course, PREVENTIVE ADVOCACY, which is undoubtedly the best tool when one still has the possibility of deciding how to resolve a possible future conflict, both individually through the preparation of advance living will documents, wills, transfer of assets or planning in the succession of the family business, as well as in couples; drawing up prenuptial agreements, agreements in anticipation of rupture, capitulations, etc.

The professional result is successful, because I do not want to win a case but to resolve a conflict , and if the interested party has been actively involved and participated in its resolution, the personal result is also successful.
