As far as I'm aware the majority of residents who were in those homes (small amount) now have the correct paperwork, we certainly do but no doubt someone will correct me. All the homes are on mains water now and fibre optic is available to all. It's a very nice area to live with Cantoria a 10 minute walk.

The Villa Palmeras looks great, w/ Almeria Homes. Probably about the right ball park price. Good location, easy walk into Cantoria, cycle or short drive. Good ex-pat support in the area too.

Hope it works ok for you.

Hi I live in el fas. The important thing with every purchase is to make sure the property has a AFO. and a good solicitor. Webought an old finca. The original oownerbought some land off local farmer but he had not put this on the deeds. In the end the owner had to have the deeds rewritten with thisparcel of land included. It cost them about 5000 euros including the fine for not declaring it. So check the deds on any property you buy.
