Hello.
I found quite a bit of information about this on YouTube. I watched several videos and it was enough to get me started. They tend to be mostly American.

A bit of advice, if you are experimenting with it yourself with limited knowledge always make sure the pump is off before you move the 6 position valve.
Better still employ someone with experience of pool cleaning and ask them to train you in both the cleaning process and balancing the chemicals

Very helpful member
I'm a newbie to pools this year but there are only so many variations to remember. And always turn the control valve clockwise and never move it when the pump is on,
Filter _ sump open, jets on, skimmers on cleaner off
Clean/ vacuum _ sump closed, jets on, cleaner on, skimmers off - pump set to waste
Backwash, pump set to backwash, jets, cleaner and skimmers off, sump open
Rinse, pump set to rinse settings valves set same as backwash
Clean once a week with your vacuum brush
Back flush for at least two minutes at least once a week
Take a water sample to the pool shop and they will advise on chemicals
Rinse after backflush for at least a minute

Try swimuniversity.com American but got all the info needed on chemicals, filtration systems differ I see you have 4 inlet/outlet valves where I have 3 but the chemical balance is the same theory for all non salt water pools
