Hi Pal,and welcome to the forum,

Fishing in Andalucia is fraught with problems, there are multitple licences

sea

fresh water(lakes etc)

boat

spear

the hardest licence to get is the 'fresh' water one,it entails a 2 day course(in Spanish) and 3rd party insurance, dont even think about fishing without as the penalty can be very very high

and being Spain every area has a different system

for fresh water you are better off going into the Murcia region where licences are much easier to get,no exam etc,and more areas to fish,

I have sent you a PM where you might get more info
