What are people's views on letting non renting just day visiting friends using the community pool .A yes or no also the implications with insurance claims for accidents in the pool to the day visitors also damage caused. How do we stand on making a claim against them if proved they caused the damage

Forum members views will naturally vary. Only correct answer is obtained from the management of the pool, if it is a public pool, speak to the ayuntamiento.

We use swipe cards to get in and out,and if community fees aren't up to date you don't get to use the pool it's a great idea and it works.and if you rent out your home your holiday tourists don't get to use the pool neither its a great system.

On our Complex we are just converting to the swipe card method.

Which hopefully will keep out the non payers of the community charge.

Glad it's working in your Community .
