3 bed villa with pool wanted to rent

Hi all,
We are new to this site and new to Almeria, currently in a holiday rental in Vera Playa.
We are a couple with a well-behaved Miniature Schnauzer looking for a furnished 3 bed villa with a pool and preferably a garage / storage (not essential). It doesn't neccesarily have to be Arboleas.
We are looking to rent for 6 to 12 months with a budget of upto 600 euros per month.
Any offers or words of advice would be greatly appreciated.
