Quad Bike - Road legal - wanted to buy or hire

Hi All, I live in Arboleas and I am looking to buy an adult ATV or Quad bike which is road legal, if anyone knows a person or shop near by who are selling one please reply.
If unable to purchase/buy a quad bike at present I would be looking to hire a quad bike or go out on guided tours/adventure days until I buy one
Any advise or ideas would be really appreciated.
