Don't worry about Brexit, I know of some people who have been worrying for 2yrs, worry changes nothing.

Solid information is what counts, if Brexit happens then 6 months in Spain per year if you've been living here less than 5yrs or you have anIrish passport, if it doesn't happen, as I beleive then do as you feel led in yourself, live is an adventure.

All the above is not in Black and White, it's just a quick summery of info gleaned over 2yrs,so I take it all with a no worry attitude.

Not sure where you got that, but it’s 100% incorrect.  IF Brexit happens, then you’ll need to transition from Residencia green card to a TIE, but it won’t affect how many months a year you can stay in Spain ...

Try ALMERIMAR - it has a fantastic social life, especially in winter. 2 supermarkets, shoe shop, butchers, bakers - not found candlestick makers yet - has a doctor, 2 chemists, dentist, 3 or 4 hairdressers, restaurants, bars - yet is walkable end-to-end. Great marina too..
