Hi

My partner and myself are planning on moving to spain in 2 years time.I have got money for a property and money to keep.us going for 10 years until I get state pension.Since Brexit it's been a mind field finding out what processes need to be followed. There is a lot of conflicting information and concerned that I may not be getting accurate information.Does anyone know of anyone who can guide me or possibly help organise and complete the relevant paperwork?Happy to pay fee to a dedicated business if required. Many thanks for taking the time to read

Look up Josè Delatorre abondegas (Solicitor) in Mojacar Playa, fluent English, nice manner and knows the process inside out, he's doing ours now and we are planning for around the 2 year mark but are buying a very very cheap apartment to satisfy other requirements and use as a base to find what we want.

Ireland still part of the EU. The UK is not. So Irish pasdport gives you easier freedom of movement, dont have to.apply for a Visa to reside in Spain. Dont need as much money behind you as on an Irish Passport you can work in Spain but on a UK passport you cant for 5 years(lot more restrictions on uk passport so if you are able to get irish passport get it. Im.in process of getting mine

Hi, So does that mean you will still have to sit a Spanish driving test to change driving license?
