Couple of questions / things you may need to be aware of:

1. Are you on an NLV?
2. If so, how will the website be financed? You will not be able to accept any fees whatsoever, no matter how small, as that would be seen as “remuneration” and breach a condition of an NLV.  The website would have to be 100% financed by you with no financial reward whatsoever.
   
3. You’d have to make it very very very clear that this is in no way a business of any kind as holders of NLV do not have right to “work” or run a business.
4. You’ll need to add a warning to the Website that this may not be suitable for holders of an NLV in their first 5 years in Spain, as you cannot spend more than 10 months aggregate in the first 5 years outside Spain - or at the very least add a caution to NLV holders to be aware of visa conditions and restrictions on time away from Spain.

Even if it's not a financial swop,!!!!

You will need public liability insurances in place,plus all paperwork up to date for,ie,

Appliances checks,for gas and electricity,in case a situation arises which can injure a person or persons,!!!!!!
