School + how to rent

Hi there,
We are a family of 3 currently living in Sweden for the past 5 yrs and relocating to the area soon on a new assignment. We have a 5,5 year, Daniel, old who will start primary school in September.
We were thinking of enrolling him in the bilingual school in Albox. I think I'll start my assignment on either 1 Jul or 1 Aug 2023.
I have 2 questions:
1. Can we count on having Daniel to start the school on 1 Sep, with only 1-2 month notice? If not what other options do we have?
2. What is the best way/website to find a 2 bedroom apartment?
