Is there anywhere in Turre to do a fitness class or dance class for over 60's. If not Turre maybe Mojacar? Somewhere to exercise and make new friends. Thanks Gilly7

Hi, Garrucha has a lovely wide promenade you can walk along, funs for quite a distance, you could probably walk/cycle your way from the port right up to Mojacar one way and up the coast a distance the other direction, theres also a nice sea front promenade at Vera Playa as well as San Juan de los Terreros, this part of Almeria has some great walks/cycle rides punctuated by stop offs, cafes even gin bars in season lol, right now the indoor yoga classes might make more sense till the weather warms up.

.... aaaaaaand when weather warms up, we’ll run outdoor Yoga 😁 (new studio opening in Mojácar in April .... Ashtanga, Sivenanda, Ayengar, Yin, mindfulness, massage, nutritional consulting. All a stones throw from the beach, beach yoga is being considered)

Hi Gilli7
I teach Yoga at Mojacar Sports Centre every Monday and Friday from 11-12am. This week only, because of Easter, the classes will be on Monday (tomorrow) and Wednesday (11-12). They will then return to the Monday/Friday slot the following week.
Most of my students are aged 45+ and my oldest is a sprightly 72! It would be lovely to see you if you would like to come along. Details on price (which varies according to whether you prefer to pay by class, month or term) are available at reception. I teach in both English and Spanish. (PS. You can also visit my Facebook page Sue Lewis Yoga) to find out more.
Hope to see you there!
All the best - Sue Lewis
Hi Sue.
Thanks for sending info on you class. Can't do Monday or Wednesday this week. Hopefully next Monday. I need to find out where you are too. I will google it.
Hope to meet you a week on Monday.
Best Wishes Gill
